How it Works
When you register as a student, Acely automatically sends an invite to the parent email provided. If that email doesn't arrive, you can manually copy your unique family invite link from your dashboard.
Steps to Resend an Invite
Log in to your Acely account.
Click the Account Settings icon (the gear symbol) located in the lower-left corner of your dashboard.
Locate the "Copy link" button within your account details.
Click the button to copy the unique URL to your clipboard.
Share the link directly with your parent via text, personal email, or any messaging app.
Once your parent clicks the link, they will be prompted to set up their Acely account and link it to yours. Please note that once the parent accepts the invite, all billing management and subscription control transfers to them.
*If you have an existing Acely account and want to add a parent, you can follow steps 1 & 2 above, and click "Add a parent or guardian". Simply enter their information and click "Send invite".
Managing multiple students? Please note: Each student will need to purchase an individual subscription and sign up with their own personal email address. This ensures that students get the most out of helpful features like customized study plans, adaptive practice questions, and projected scores. Multiple students in the same household can use the same parent email address to connect to a single parent account.
