Overview of Parent Access to Acely

By default, only the student’s email is tied to the Acely study platform. This setup allows students to access their resources and progress independently.

However, parents can also gain access by adding their email to the account.

Upon request, we can link a parent's email to their student's account so they can view their child’s progress, access resources, and view billing details on Acely.

How to Add a Parent’s Email

To enable parent access, please reach out to our customer support team at [email protected] to get the parent's email properly linked to the student's account.

Troubleshooting Login Issues

If you encounter issues logging in as a parent:

  • Verify that your email has been added as a parent contact on the student’s account.

  • If your email is not recognized, contact our customer support team at [email protected] to confirm the email linkage was successful.
