If you are planning to use your Apple ID for your Acely login, please make sure that your Apple ID settings do not have “Hide My Email” activated.
To stop your Apple ID from creating a random email address when signing up for new services, you need to make sure to select the “Share My Email” option when using "Sign in with Apple." When signing up for a new app or website, you will be presented with a screen asking to share or hide your email.
Do not select "Hide My Email."
Select "Share My Email" instead. This will use your actual iCloud email address.
If you have already signed up using the “Hide My Email” feature, you will need to email our support team at [email protected]
Let the team know you used your Apple ID to sign in, and what your current iCloud email address is. They will be able to get the account updated to allow sign-in with your iCloud email directly.
