We have different subscriptions depending on how long you plan to use Acely (billed monthly, quarterly, or annually). All plans are billed in full in advance of the subscription duration, with discounts applied for longer subscription durations.
All subscriptions are billed on the calendar day immediately following the 3-day (72-hour) trial period, and auto-renew on the same date at the selected incremental frequency (1-month, 3-month, or 12-month) until canceled.
Please note you may cancel at any time, but there are no partial or pro-rated refunds issued for cancellations. See “What is your cancellation and refund policy?” for more details.
