How do I access Acely from a device other than the one I used to sign up?

Accessing Acely using a different device

Acely is connected to the email address used to create an account (no password needed!), so simply navigate from any browser to acely.com and click “Login”. You have the option to either enter your email address or “Continue with Google”/"Continue with Apple" (depending on how you initially signed up). Alternatively, you can use the "Magic Link" option to receive a one-time sign-in link sent to your email inbox, which allows you to log in without a password.

If you encounter issues receiving the sign-in email, check your Spam or Junk folder as emails from Acely may be mistakenly flagged.

Some users may experience difficulties receiving sign-in emails due to issues with certain email providers. For example:

  • Email delivery problems: Providers like iCloud may block or delay sign-in emails, preventing you from accessing your account.

  • Spam or Junk folder filtering: Emails from Acely may be mistakenly flagged as spam, especially by providers like Yahoo Mail.

If you'd prefer to create a password, that option is available. You can either set a password during the sign-in process by selecting the "Password" option on the sign-in page or create one after logging in. To create a password after logging in, navigate to "My Account" using the gear icon at the lower, left-hand side of the screen. You'll see the option to "Create Password", enabling the ability to log in using your email address and password moving forward. For users who have updated their email address, ensure that the updated email is accessible, as it will be used for authentication and account recovery. If you encounter any issues, verify that the email address entered matches the updated account email.
