How to Report an Issue Effectively

As much detail as possible of the issue you're experiencing.
Your Account Details & Timing: Your Acely email address and roughly when the issue started or occurred.
The Device You're On: Are you using a desktop computer, a tablet, or a mobile phone?
Your Operating System: The version of the OS you have (e.g., Windows 11, macOS Sonoma 14.5, iOS 18).
Ad Blocker Status: Do you have an ad blocker enabled? If so, which specific one are you using?
Your Browser Information: Which browser are you using (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, etc.)? If you know the version number, that helps too!
