I paid for a plan, but I'm unable to access my account.

I need help logging in!

By default, the Acely platform is only accessible using the student’s registered email address. If you still cannot log into your paid Acely account, some common issues include a misspelled email address or multiple email addresses having been used to create accounts.

Please note: If you have a Gmail.com or iCloud.com email address, please try using the "Continue with Google" option for Gmail, or the "Continue with Apple" option for iCloud, rather than typing in the email address.
