I paid for a plan, but I'm unable to access my account.

I need help logging in!

When you can't log into your paid Acely account, some common issues we see causing this are either a misspelled email address or multiple email addresses have been used to create accounts. At this time, we can only have one email, typically the student's email, attached for login purposes.


​Please note: If you have a Gmail.com or iCloud.com email address, please use the "Continue with Google" option for Gmail, or the "Continue with Apple" option for iCloud, rather than typing in the email address.
