All of our subscriptions are purchased for a specific period (1, 3, or 12 months), and we offer great discounts for longer duration plans.
If you decide you'd like to switch plans, your upgrade or downgrade will take effect at the end of your current prepaid subscription period.
How to Change Your Plan
Right now, our support team is happy to personally handle all subscription changes for your Acely account.
Simply send a quick message to [email protected] and let them know which plan you'd like to move to (1-month, 3-month, or 12-month).
Once the changes are complete, you'll receive a confirmation email from the team.
A Friendly Note on Downgrading
Please keep in mind that choosing to downgrade your subscription may mean losing the current discount you are enjoying with your longer-term plan.
