Subscription Basics

All Acely subscriptions are set to automatically renew at the interval you chose when you signed up (1, 3, or 12 months). This is to ensure uninterrupted access to your learning materials! Additionally, Acely sends a renewal reminder email 7 days before the subscription renewal date to help you stay informed and manage your subscription effectively.

Renewal Reminder Notifications

Acely sends a renewal reminder email 7 days before the subscription renewal date. This email is sent to the email address associated with your account, providing ample time to review your subscription status and make any necessary changes.

You are able to cancel this auto-renewal feature at any time.

Please keep in mind that if you decide to cancel before your next renewal date, you will still have access to your account for the remainder of your current paid period. We do not offer prorated refunds for any unused time, so be sure to make the most of your study time until the end of your term!


How to Turn Off Auto-Renewal

If you decide you don't want your subscription to renew automatically, here’s how you can easily turn that feature off within your account: You will also receive an email notification 7 days before your subscription renewal date, giving you time to decide whether to proceed with the renewal or cancel.

  1. Log in to Acely navigate to your name in the bottom left corner, and select the Your Account tab from the drop-down menu.

  2. On this page, next to the subscription details, click the three dots to access the menu to either "Manage billing" or "Cancel..." (either "Cancel student's plan" from Parent Accounts, or "Cancel subscription" for individual accounts)

  3. Click the "Cancel..." button and complete the short series of prompts to complete your cancellation.

  4. Please keep in mind that your cancellation request may take up to 24 hours during business days to reflect in your account once submitted, and you will receive a confirmation email from [email protected] once the cancellation is fully processed. Once you cancel, and after the expiration of the current billing cycle, your account access will be limited.
