Subscription Basics

All Acely subscriptions are set to automatically renew at the interval you chose when you signed up (1, 3, or 12 months). This is to ensure uninterrupted access to your learning materials!

You are able to cancel this auto-renewal feature at any time.

Please keep in mind that if you decide to cancel before your next renewal date, you will still have access to your account for the remainder of your current paid period. We do not offer prorated refunds for any unused time, so be sure to make the most of your study time until the end of your term!


How to Turn Off Auto-Renewal

If you decide you don't want your subscription to renew automatically, here’s how you can easily turn that feature off within your account:

  1. Log in to Your Account: First, log into your Acely account on our website.

  2. Access Settings: Once logged in, look for your name in the bottom left corner of the screen. You’ll spot a little gear icon right next to it—go ahead and click that.

  3. Go to My Account: A pop-up menu will appear. Select the very top option, “My Account,” to open your main account settings.

  4. Manage Subscription: On the My Account page, keep an eye out for a purple “Manage Subscription” button. It's usually located just below the referral link box on the right side. Click that button to view your subscription details page.

  5. Finalize Cancellation: On the Manage Subscription page, scroll to the bottom of the list where you’ll see the “Cancel [SAT/ACT/AP] Subscription” section. Select the “Cancel” button next to it. This will guide you through the final few prompts to confirm that auto-renewal is turned off.
