If you decide to cancel your Acely subscription, you can do so at any time; however, there are no partial or prorated refunds issued for cancellations.
Here is a step-by-step guide to submit your cancellation request -
Log in to Acely navigate to your name in the bottom left corner, and select the Your Account tab from the drop-down menu.
On this page, next to the subscription details, click the three dots to access the menu to either "Manage billing" or "Cancel..." (either "Cancel student's plan" from Parent Accounts, or "Cancel subscription" for individual accounts)
Click the "Cancel..." button and complete the short series of prompts to complete your cancellation.
Please keep in mind that your cancellation request may take up to 24 hours during business days to reflect in your account once submitted, and you will receive a confirmation email from [email protected] once the cancellation is fully processed. Once you cancel, and after the expiration of the current billing cycle, your account access will be limited.
