Your payment declining can happen for a variety of reasons. No worries, though! If you receive a notification about your payment being declined, please first check your payment information by logging into Acely, navigating to the My Account tab by selecting your name in the bottom-left corner, and then selecting “My Account.” Select “Manage Subscriptions,” and then click “Update” next to “Update Payment Method”.
